Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Timing

The Giveaway begins on September 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on September 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Participants can enter by submitting their email address at cardzilla.com and/or following Cardzilla on designated social media platforms. Each follow equals 25 entries. Purchases from cardzilla.com will also provide entries at a rate of 10 entry per $1 spent. No limit to the number of entries.

Winner Selection

Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winner will be notified via the email provided within 7 days of the drawing.

General Conditions

If the Giveaway is impaired in any way or cannot run as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify it. Additionally, the winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Cardzilla from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

Disputes

All disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue shall be in Bonneville County, Idaho.

Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
